To ensure transparent use of the “Partner” plan and prevent abuse or unauthorized access granted to third parties, when sending an invitation to a user under this plan, you will be required to provide documents proving the relationship with the accounting company. The documents must be submitted at the time of sending the invitation. The following documents may be provided: the last page of the employment contract; a certificate/confirmation letter from the company; a service agreement. This data is used solely for verification of the lawful use of the Partner plan. Note: When changing a user's plan to “Partner” in Account → Companies and users → “Company”, it is also necessary to provide a document proving the employment relationship. Important: If the documents are not provided, you will not be able to send an invitation with the “Partner” plan. In this case, to add a user, you will need to select one of the paid plans. If incorrect documents or documents that do not prove the relationship with the Partner are uploaded, we reserve the right to revoke the “Partner” plan until the correct documents are provided. Submitted documents are stored only for as long as necessary to complete the verification, until the deletion of the account of the user whose data was submitted, unless a longer retention period is required for dispute resolution, compliance with legal obligations, or abuse prevention. Once the Site.pro administrator approves the submitted document for obtaining the “Partner” plan for the specified user, it will no longer be necessary to submit the document again for future invitations.
