Orders are automatically synchronized daily; if you want to receive an order faster, you can press the "Get data" button (we recommend not pressing this button too often). Orders from the Verskis e-shop to Site.pro are synchronized only with the status "Completed." Synchronized orders from the "Verskis" e-shop to Site.pro are imported into: Warehouse → E-commerce. Here you can monitor order status: Gray entry – the order has already been processed, the product has been automatically written off from the warehouse.White entry – the order is not yet fully processed or the product needs to be written off manually. You can see which entries were registered in the Site.pro system in the "Accounting information" tab. Displayed fields: Sales doc. series and number – the sales document that will be registered in accounting.Write-off act doc. series and number – the write-off document that will be registered in accounting. Generated documents are registered in the module: Warehouse → Sales. The documents show linked correspondence accounts.By clicking the "View" button, the corresponding document opens in the Warehouse module.
