Both fields must be filled.“Status”: select the status with which you want to synchronize orders. Accounting settings: Fill in the fields marked with an asterisk, assign previously created operations and cards.The field “Sales operation for EU individuals” is filled in when the company is registered in the OSS system and it is necessary to separate sales to individuals from the EU.The field “COD tax position”: the item or service position that will be used for COD, i.e., payment upon delivery, to register the tax in documents.The field “Apply the highest VAT rate from order data (for discounts, delivery, and other services)” is used when the VAT rate of the customer's country applies to goods, and 0% applies to delivery and discounts. The function automatically applies the highest VAT rate to all invoice lines so that manual correction is not needed. Used VAT rates: In the parameters window, click “Import VAT rates”:Fill in the required fields and click “Import”:The program imports rates of all countries according to your parameters. If you need to adjust, find the country, click the pencil “” next to it, and select the required VAT. Used VAT classifiers: In the parameters window “Used VAT classifiers,” click the pencil “” and assign the required classifiers according to the VAT code from the VAT classifiers list.
