This error occurs when the website builder can't authenticate with your DirectAdmin server. Try the following methods in order until publishing works. Method 1:Login keys functionality is turned off in DirectAdmin. Make sure it's enabled in the following files: Edit the file /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf and make sure the line login_keys=1 is present — add it if needed and save the file;Edit the file /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/admin/user.conf and make sure the line login_keys=ON is present — add it if needed and save the file;Re-install the plugin following this instruction. The login keys configuration is now updated. Open the website builder from DirectAdmin and try to publish the website. If it still doesn't work, continue to Method 2. Method 2:Create a login key manually: Log in to your DirectAdmin admin account;Navigate to /CMD_LOGIN_KEYS in your panel — you can enter this URL manually in the address bar;Select "Create new Login Key";Fill in the key name "siteprobuilder", set a 16-character key value of your choice, set expires to "never", uses to "0", check "clear key" and "allow htm", and set commands to CMD_LOGIN and CMD_PLUGINS;Enter your password below and select "Create". The login key is now created. If this succeeds, create the following file if it doesn't already exist: /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/siteprobuilder/include/login_key, and paste the key value you used when creating the login key. Save the file — publishing to this server should now start working. If it still doesn't work, continue to Method 3. Method 3:Make sure the IP address of the website builder server isn't blacklisted in DirectAdmin. Check that the IP isn't listed as blocked in /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist or /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/custom/all_pre.sh (if this file exists). If none of these methods resolve the issue, create a ticket with our support team.
