Why is the composition of plans and services changing?Databaseserver costs per client have increased 10-15 times over 3 years;additional investment is being made in overall speed (constant requests from clients);to ensure more stable and secure operation, the most modern architecture, technologies, and suppliers are being chosen;this fee applies to 99.8%+ of clients. Very large databases have been moved to another specific server;unofficially, we used to tie the DB price to a cup of coffee, and since the launch of the project, it has certainly changed at least twofold.Plan Minimal:added file storage;clients of certified partners can use the sales/purchases report (with settlement).Plan Expert:the average closing time for requests has decreased from 14-60 hours to 4-5 hours, correspondingly increasing costs for consultants;we pay more attention to preferences and actively improve them according to popularity.Fee for frozen companies:price due to reasons described in the DB changes section;even for frozen companies, GDPR and other legal requirements apply, which also consume company resources.Training "Easy Start" with e-commerce:the service is becoming increasingly popular. We have managed to streamline this process, therefore its cost price is decreasing.Backup restoration:we started keeping backups for 5 days instead of 7 (because, during our time in existence, no one has needed it);we partially automated this process, and it requires fewer technical engineer hours.
