How to activate the i.SAF file generation robot?
The i.SAF file generation robot automatically generates i.SAF reports for selected companies according to a set period. It is possible to choose to generate just the report or, additionally, to send the XML file to the VMI system. The robot can be activated not only via Account → Robots (steps described below), but also via Settings → Integrations. Steps to activate the robot: Log in to Account → Robots.Click the "+" on the green background "Create new entry".Fill in the mandatory fields:Robot type — select "Generate ISAF file".Paying company — select the company from whose balance the costs for the activated integration package will be deducted.Name — specify the name of the robot.Select company — select the companies for which the file will be generated.Schedule — specify the dates in YYYY-MM-DD format or mark on the calendar when the robot will be activated.Period — the period for which the file will be generated.Type — select the document type: "Issued" or "Received".Generate a CSR key by clicking "Generate CSR". Note. A CSR key must be generated for each company separately. After activation, the robot automatically generates i.SAF reports according to the set schedule and, if specified, files to the EDS. In the "Robot run history" table, you will be able to see and download the files generated by the robot. Note. The download function is active for 90 days from the day the file was generated. You can download no more than 500 files at once, in .zip format. Note. Sending to the VMI is only possible when the period is a completed month, quarter, or half-year. Robot module permissions are automatically assigned to these users: database owner, users with the Settings → Integrations shows the total number of robots activated in the company, but the user only sees the robots they have created themselves.

How to activate the i.SAF file generation robot?

  1. Log in to Account → Robots.
