How to allocate future costs for periods?
Future expenses can be distributed via the General register card by registering Purchases, or in the case of an Insurance contract, via the Insurance register. General ledger → General register An entry is created by clicking the "Add" button and selecting "D entry" or "K entry".Enter the data to register the accounting entry. How to allocate future costs for periods?

Note. If a cost center is assigned in the purchase entry, the cost center will be allocated accordingly after the future expenses are distributed.
The calculation formula used is: the amount of future expenses is divided by the number of days in the selected period and multiplied by the number of days in the month (to which the expenses are assigned).
