This can be used for vacation pay accruals and similar items. These are amounts that will not be included in the average salary calculation. The amounts for salary and other accruals, as well as the days and hours worked, are entered manually in these accruals. The accrual date should be the day up to which the old social security percentage was valid. Based on these salary codes, in Declaration → Generate declarations it is possible to generate the 2-SD report and submit it on the Social Security website. The dismissal code 22 is entered automatically based on the accruals.These amounts will not be included in the monthly SAM report. Once the 2-SD notice is generated, you can change the social security contribution rate for the employee. This can be done in the employee card under Personnel → Employees.Select the date from which the social security contribution percentage changes. And then, calculate the salary for the remaining days of the month in the usual way, starting from the day the social security percentage changed.
