How to connect Site.pro with Raso?

Sales data is automatically synchronized to Site.pro, simplifying the workflow — you only need to activate the integration by following the steps below.

1. Create product cards
2. Create operation types
3. Set up parameters for the Raso cash register

Settings → Integrations → Raso

After opening the module, click the “+Add service” button and configure the parameters by filling in the required fields:

1. General settings:
• Cash register name — you can enter any name you prefer; by default, it is filled in automatically.
• Store code, IP address, Port — this information is provided by the cash register supplier.
• Provider type — Receipt — when data is imported based on sales receipts; Rivile — when data is imported in summary form.
• Database name, Username, Password — this information is provided by RASO specialists.
• Cash payment code and Card payment code — according to the settings configured in the cash register for customer payments.
• Rounding down code — code used for rounding in the cash register: positive amount when cents €0.01 and €0.02 are rounded to €0.00.
• Rounding up code — code used for rounding in the cash register: negative amount when cents €0.03 and €0.04 are rounded to €0.05.
2. Accounting settings:
• Service item position for invoice — create a “sales position” to register the sales entry:

Click the “” button to open the guide window. In the opened window, click the “+” button and fill in the three required fields:

Name — “Item position (Cash sale)” — you may use your own name.
Item attribute — “Service”.
Unit of measure — “pcs.”.


After filling in the required fields, click the “Save and select” button.


• Operation for type "Receipt" — fill in only if the selected “Provider type” is “RECEIPT”; if “RIVILE” is selected, leave the field empty.
• Invoice VAT rate — enter the VAT rate applicable for invoices.
• Auto write-off? — when enabled, the item will be automatically deducted from the selected warehouse when sold via the cash register. (Write-off is performed only after importing sales entries from the cash register into Site.pro).
3. Used classifiers — enter the required VAT classifier next to the VAT numeric value so it is automatically assigned in the sales document. You can select the VAT classifier from the list by clicking the “” button. After filling in the fields, click the “Save” button.
Note. The “Used classifiers” section can only be filled in after completing the general and accounting settings. After clicking “Save”, you will return to the integration window and will then be able to fill in the classifier fields.

Note:
• Synchronization of product cards, product groups, and sales is performed once per day (or by clicking the “Get data” button, only product cards and product groups are updated).
• The date from which sales data is sent from the cash register is determined by the cash register supplier.
• When the store closes, the server must remain turned on, otherwise synchronization will not work.
• By clicking the “Get data” button, customer cards are sent to the cash register if the “Code” field is filled in:
