To limit user rights when approving submitted requests via the "Employee account," it is possible to set that the responsible person approves only the requests of their assigned employees (their employee group). In this case, the employee responsible for approving requests will see only their assigned employees and will be able to approve only their requests. Account → Companies and users → Rights sets You need to create a rights set, which can be done in two ways:Create a new set by clicking the "+Create new rights set" button;1.1 Fill in the rights set name and check (grant permission) "Requests of assigned employees";1.2 Click the "Save" button to save the rights set.Create a new set by copying another used rights set – by clicking the "Copy rights set" button;2.1 When choosing the copy function, select the most suitable offered set from the list and the company where this new set will be stored. 2.2 After filling in the required fields, click "Copy"; 2.3 The created rights set must be edited and the name changed by clicking the pencil icon: 2.3.1 In the opened window, remove unnecessary permissions and be sure to check "Requests of assigned employees": 2.3.2 The rights set name can be changed in the "User type" field; 2.4 Save the changes. The created rights set must be assigned to the responsible employee.
