Formation of the GPAIS Journal (Accounting journal for products, packaging, and waste) in .xml format
1. Declaration → GPAIS
To create a new document, click the "Create New" button Creating a new GPAIS journal document .
2. Fill in the fields for journal formation: Select flow and period, then click the "Generate" button.

3. Data selection and .xml file generation
Based on the selected criteria, data will be filtered. After verifying the data, click the "Generate XML File" button. Download the generated file to your device – it can be uploaded to the GPAIS system.

4. Uploading the packaging journal file
4.1 Log in to the GPAIS system.
4.2 Click on the user's name and surname, then from the dropdown menu select: "ERP Integration" → PAI Accounting:

4.3 In the opened window, click "Data Import".
In the section "Select a journal file for import", upload the generated .xml file:

After selecting the file, click "Import".

4.4 In the window, click "Result of import" to see the status and progress of the uploaded file:
