    Warehouse → Purchases Create a purchase entry. Select the purchase item. Click the Allocation button: In the opened window, fill in the fields and click “Generate”. Therefore, the allocated expense amount may vary from month to month depending on the number of days in each month.The calculation formula used: the total future expense amount is divided by the number of days in the selected period and multiplied by the number of days in the month (in which the expenses are allocated).

    How to distribute Future Period Costs in Purchase Module?

    2. Select the purchase item.
