How to generate an OSS report by EU country?
OSS report – intended for sellers selling goods or services through remote sales using electronic interfaces (e-commerce platforms) in the European Union, for which VAT should be paid in another EU member state. Before printing this report, you need to check: Settings → Settings → Reports → OSS settings to see if the type of sales operation and date are specified for the countries. The report can be printed by: Operation type.Country. In the report, the VAT position is checked for each item separately, so accurate data is displayed.Reports → Other reports → OSS report Set the date, select how the report will be generated, and click "Print". You can print the report in three languages: EN; LT; RU. If you became a VAT payer during the reporting period, all transactions for the period must be included when preparing the declaration, and previously prepared reports should not be changed. Report preparation logic: If the person is a VAT payer and the document indicates a 0 VAT amount, the document is included in the FR056 (VIES) declaration.If the document: has the required operation type specified, an OSS country selected, and the VAT amount separated, then the document is included in the OSS report. How to generate an OSS report by EU country?

OSS report – intended for sellers selling goods or services through remote sales using electronic interfaces (e-commerce platforms) in the European Union, for which VAT should be paid in another EU member state.

Before printing this report, you need to check:

  • Settings → Settings → Reports → OSS settings to see if the type of sales operation and date are specified for the countries.

The report can be printed by:

  • Operation type.
  • Country.

In the report, the VAT position is checked for each item separately, so accurate data is displayed.

Set the date, select how the report will be generated, and click "Print". You can print the report in three languages: EN; LT; RU.

If you became a VAT payer during the reporting period, all transactions for the period must be included when preparing the declaration, and previously prepared reports should not be changed. Report preparation logic:

  • If the person is a VAT payer and the document indicates a 0 VAT amount, the document is included in the FR056 (VIES) declaration.
  • If the document: has the required operation type specified, an OSS country selected, and the VAT amount separated, then the document is included in the OSS report.
