How to register a sales document?
To enter a sales document, you can do so here: Warehouse → Sales Click to enter a sale: Registering a sale: Select the "Warehouse" by clicking the pencil icon: In the window that opens, select the appropriate "Warehouse" by clicking the "" icon: Select the appropriate "Operation type" by clicking the pencil icon: In the window that opens, select the appropriate option: Fill in the "Client" field. If the client is new, you need to create a "Buyer" card by clicking the "" icon: To create a card, click " " Fill in the available information. Also, fill in the address if known by clicking the "Addresses, branches" tab. Once the fields are filled, click "Save and select". Registering the sale of items/services. Click "" to add items/services. Select the item/service card to register the sale. In the window that opens, select the appropriate position from the list. Fill in the quantity and price of the item/service sold. If only one position is sold, click "Save" , if more than one different item is being sold, then click "Save and create new" . Click "Save" to save the document. The sales document can be printed. Or send directly from the program to the client. If you select the same "Payer" as the client in the sales invoice, the amount in the debt account will double:

    Fill in the "Client" field.
    • If the client is new, you need to create a "Buyer" card by clicking the "" icon:
