How to send a declaration directly to the EDS system?
To send EDS declarations directly to a company's EDS account, you must perform the following steps: Activate WebService in the EDS system:Select the company being represented — Represented taxpayer.Go to Settings, then Document file submission settings via WebService.Tick the box next to "Document file submission via Web service".Fill in the required fields.     1. Select the company being represented — Represented taxpayer.
    2. Go to Settings, then Document file submission settings via WebService.

    3. Tick the box next to "Document file submission via Web service".

    4. Fill in the required fields. It is important that the username and password contain no spaces and are the same for all companies.

  2. Set EDS login details in the program:
  3. Account → My data → Settings

    • Fill in the required fields (user, password) and click "Update data".

  4. Generate a declaration and send it to EDS
  5. Declaration → Generate declarations

    • Select the declaration and the period, then click "Send to EDS"

  6. Confirm the declaration in the EDS system
  7. Declaration → Confirm filled form

    • Tick the box next to the submitted declaration and click "Confirm".

  8. Register of sent declarations
  9. Declaration → Register of forms → Register of EDS forms
    • You can view the list of sent declarations.

    • To see the status of a sent report, we recommend updating the information by clicking the "Update status" button. This update is performed manually.
