This feature allows users to independently transfer funds between companies (databases) they manage. Funds can only be transferred by the database owner who: has independently created at least one company (database); has access to several companies with a permission set no lower than Accountant. The feature is displayed only to users who meet these conditions. How to transfer funds? Select „Balance“ in the top toolbar. Select the company to which you want to transfer funds. In the Add funds section, select „From another company“. Select the company from which you want to transfer funds. Specify the amount to transfer. The minimum fund transfer amount is 25 EUR. Click „Add to SP balance“. You can view the balance transfer record in Account → Companies and users → „Company“ → Company balance history. From which company can funds be transferred? Funds can be transferred from a company only if the user is the owner of that database. If a user has access to a company but is not the owner of its database (for example, they have been added as an Accountant or Manager), funds cannot be transferred from this company. To which company can funds be transferred? Funds can be transferred to all companies to which the user has access with a permission set no lower than Accountant. These can be: companies independently created by the user; other companies to which the user has been granted access with the „Manager“ or „Accountant“ permission set. Note. If a user has access to a company that they do not own and has been added with the Accountant or Manager permission set, they can view the company information but cannot initiate a fund transfer from this company.
