This means your login details may be managed either by Site.pro or by the hosting provider you signed up with — not always by Site.pro directly. To find out where your account is managed, check the following: The address of the login page you normally use — if it's Site.pro, your account is managed directly by Site.pro;The logo and branding shown on the login page — a different logo usually means a different provider;Any welcome email or invoice you received when you signed up — check the sender's email domain and company name;Who you originally paid for your domain or hosting — if it wasn't Site.pro directly, that provider manages your account. This will show you where your account is actually managed. If your account is managed directly by Site.pro:Create a ticket with our support team, and we'll help you recover your login details. If your account is managed by a hosting provider:Contact that provider's support team directly — they manage your login details, and Site.pro doesn't have access to their customers' accounts. Note: Site.pro cannot look up or recover login details for accounts managed by hosting providers, since these accounts are not stored under Site.pro directly.
