Incoming emails rejected
If you're not receiving an email from a specific sender, and the sender says it was rejected as spam, this can happen even when the sender passes SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. This is often caused by the sender's own mail server IP or domain being listed on a spam blacklist, such as Spamhaus, regardless of how well the message itself is authenticated;A blacklist listing reflects the sender's own reputation and infrastructure — it isn't related to your Site.pro mailbox settings. Ask the sender to check whether their domain or mail server IP is currently blacklisted using MxToolbox Blacklist Check. Note: If the sender's domain or IP is blacklisted, they need to contact the blacklist provider directly to request removal — this isn't something we can resolve on the recipient's mailbox side.
