SSL certificate is installed automatically and free of charge on most plans. If you're getting an error while installing the SSL certificate, or the certificate hasn't been issued automatically after some time, try one of the following options: Check that your domain's A record (at your domain registrar) matches the IP address your domain is connected to on Site.pro:Go to "My Websites";Select the problem domain;Press the dropdown menu next to "Edit Web Site";Find "IP: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" at the bottom of the dropdown;Update the A record for your domain in registrant to match this IP address.If DNSSEC is enabled for your domain, disable it;Re-enter and save your domain's NS records at your registrar (ns1.site.pro, ns2.site.pro, ns3.site.pro, ns4.site.pro). The SSL certificate should now be issued automatically once the DNS changes propagate.Note: DNS changes can take up to several hours to propagate before the SSL certificate can be issued.If the issue persists after trying these steps, create a ticket with our support team.
