Enter annual leave days:
1. If the employee's employment contract was concluded earlier than 2017-07-01, it is necessary to add a special record:
  Set the date to 2017-07-01 and enter the number of annual leave days as 20 days from this date.
2. If the employee's employment contract was concluded after 2017-07-01, it is necessary to add a special record:
  Set the date from which the employment contract became effective, e.g., 2018-10-01, and enter the number of annual leave days as 20 days from this date.
In the employee's employment contract tab „Leave”, enter the number of leave days by clicking the "+" button:

From the specified date, the indicated number of annual leave days will be applied to the employee in working days.

Do not forget to enter the initial record described in point 1.

Situation:

The employment contract is effective from 2018-10-01; after 10 years, 3 working days of leave will be added for the employee.

Enter the date from which to start calculating leave.
Additionally, enter a record for when to start calculating a higher/lower number of leave days: additional leave (i.e., 3 days) is due starting from the date 2028-10-01 (the system calculates all days entered in the table; that is, with a plus – it adds them, with a minus – it subtracts them).

This way, leave days can be added or removed (e.g., 20+3-2, a total of 21 annual leave days per year will be calculated from 2029-10-01).

Calculation of annual leave days
