All pro forma invoices and sales invoices generated after payment for Site.pro accounting software services can be found in your account under Account → My data → Invoices. Important. Invoices are only visible to the user of the account from which the company balance is paid. If you are looking for invoices while logged into a different account or company whose user is not the payer, you will not see them in the invoice list — invoices are visible only to the user of the paying account. If a generated pro forma invoice is visible in the account and does not require payment, it can be deleted. Select the pro forma invoice you wish to delete and click the red trash can icon "Delete selected records". All information regarding pro forma invoices, their initiation, notification recipients, and invoice dispatch is available through these steps: Account → Companies and users Select the relevant company.Open the "Actions" tab. In this tab, you will see automatic system records, such as: “User Name Surname (IDXXXX) initiated a pro forma (AERP0000000) invoice for balance top-up.” → Shows which user initiated the pro forma invoice.“The invoice recipient has changed. Notifications regarding balance top-up are sent to user Name Surname (IDXXXX).” → Indicates which user is currently receiving invoice notifications.“Name Surname (IDXXXX) was sent an automatically generated pro forma invoice AER0000000 for balance top-up.” → Notes when and to which user the pro forma invoice was sent.“Name Surname (IDXXXX) was sent an automatically generated invoice ERP000000 following the payment of pro forma invoice AERP0000000.” → Indicates that a final invoice was issued and sent after the pro forma invoice was paid.
