Account → Companies and users With access to the "Companies and users" module, you can see who is the “Owner” of the database. In the Owner column, you will see the person to whom the company database belongs. The database owner is considered the person who pays the monthly fee for database storage and access, regardless of whether the company database was created and/or technically managed in the accounting program by a person who does not pay for database storage and access. A person who pays the monthly fee for database storage and access but does not technically manage the database can contact Site.pro with a request to transfer the database. The request must state the circumstances and provide evidence that allows identifying the true database owner – i.e., who paid the monthly fee for database storage and access. A company database can be transferred to another person only upon receiving a written request from the database owner. If a company whose database owner is another person wishes to take over the database, it must obtain written consent from the database owner.
