    First please refer this page for more details about the requirement of ESIA (Gosuslugi) verification. Your current .RU / .SU / .РФ domain(s) are hosted with the registrar that doesn't offer ESIA verification. Therefore first your domains must be transferred to another provider — Reg.ru — where you will be able to pass ESIA verification. Here are steps you need to take: Create a ticket on Site.pro (if not yet created) and tell us that you would like to transfer your .RU domains to Reg.ru.We will send the request to the current registrar to generate the auth code for the domain and inform you.You will receive the email to your mailbox which you specified in domain registration contact.If in the email you are asked to confirm your email address, then click on the confirmation link.After some time, you should receive another email.In the email you will see the auth code.After that transfer the domain to Reg.ru: Navigate to the websites pageClick button "Transfer to Reg.ru" next to your domainEnter auth code and continueFill in contact details (make sure to specify valid contacts, because it is required for ESIA verification to pass) and click create buttonClick Checkout button (this process is free) When the transfer completes, you will receive the email from Reg.ru (transfer usually takes 5–7 working days).Inform us in the ticket about completed transfer and we will provide you the link for passing ESIA verification.Follow the steps on this page to pass ESIA verification.

      After some time, you should receive another email.
    4. In the email you will see the auth code.
    5. After that transfer the domain to Reg.ru:
      1. Navigate to the websites page
      2. Click button "Transfer to Reg.ru" next to your domain
      3. Enter auth code and continue
      4. Fill in contact details (make sure to specify valid contacts, because it is required for ESIA verification to pass) and click create button
      5. Click Checkout button (this process is free)
    6. When the transfer completes, you will receive the email from Reg.ru (transfer usually takes 5–7 working days).
    7. Inform us in the ticket about completed transfer and we will provide you the link for passing ESIA verification.
    8. Follow the steps on this page to pass ESIA verification.
