To calculate the vacation balance for a specific date, you must: Enter the employment agreementImportant: the employment agreement must be entered into the program with the exact date on which it was concluded.Calculate the vacation balances for the specific date.Documents → Annual leave → Vacation balancesInformation about the vacation days due to the employee, based on the employment date and the adjusted amount if the employee is entitled to more than 20 days per yearcomes from the entered employment agreement. Select the date for which you want to calculate the vacation balance, and in the "Employee" section, select the employee. Click the "Calculate" button.Enter the vacation balance if the employee's agreement was concluded before 2017-07-01Adjustment of the number of vacation balance days.If the calculated vacation balance for the added employee does not match the actual vacation balance due to used vacation days, it can be adjusted by entering a vacation order.
