    • What do I do when I receive an invitation to the company ?
    Option I: When the user is not registered in the program. After receiving the invitation via email, click the "Accept invitation" button.In the window that opens, fill in the required fields and click the "Register" button.Once you have successfully completed the registration, you will be able to see the company you were invited to in your account. Option II: When the user is already registered in the program and has a paid plan. After receiving the invitation via email, click the "Accept invitation" button. The invitation must be accepted within 24 hours.In the window that opens, fill in the required fields: your existing account email and password, then click "Log in".After logging into the program, you will see a table on the screen with the available options.Select a plan and the company paying for the plan, then click "Save":When choosing "Expert (existing)" — nothing changes, your plan is paid for by the same company as it was before accepting the invitation.When choosing "Expert (new)" — once you accept the plan sent to you, the company paying for your plan will change. Note. You can see all invitations sent to you: Account → Invites. By clicking you will accept the invitation. Note. If you have created more than one company in your account and you choose the sent plan when accepting the invitation, access to the companies you created that have no funds in their balance will be suspended.     What do I do when I receive an invitation to the company ?

    Option I: When the user is not registered in the program.

    1. After receiving the invitation via email, click the "Accept invitation" button.

    2. In the window that opens, fill in the required fields and click the "Register" button.

    3. Once you have successfully completed the registration, you will be able to see the company you were invited to in your account.

    Option II: When the user is already registered in the program and has a paid plan.

    1. After receiving the invitation via email, click the "Accept invitation" button. The invitation must be accepted within 24 hours.

    2. In the window that opens, fill in the required fields: your existing account email and password, then click "Log in".

    3. After logging into the program, you will see a table on the screen with the available options.
    4. Select a plan and the company paying for the plan, then click "Save":
      • When choosing "Expert (existing)" — nothing changes, your plan is paid for by the same company as it was before accepting the invitation.
      • When choosing "Expert (new)" — once you accept the plan sent to you, the company paying for your plan will change.
