Here is how an order is placed in store: The customer views the products in the catalog and adds the desired ones to the cart. They can also choose variants, if they are set up (see this page for more about product variants);The customer goes to the shopping cart page;The customer selects the quantity of each product (see this page for more about stock management);The customer fills in the billing details form (see this page for how to set up the billing form);The customer selects the desired shipping method (see this page for how to set up shipping methods);The customer chooses a payment method from the payment gateways that are set up (see this page for how to manage payment gateways) and is redirected to the payment system. At this step, a pending order is created on the website, and an email about the order is sent to both the merchant and the customer;When the payment for the order is complete, one more email about the order is sent to both the merchant and the customer. If the purchased products are digital products, the links to download the files are available in this second email (see this page for how to set up digital products);After the payment, the customer is returned to the website, where they can download the invoice. Managing orders:The merchant can check the orders and their statuses in the website builder (see this page).When the customer pays for the order, its status in the website builder automatically changes from "Pending" to "Paid". After the merchant has processed the order with the customer, the status can be changed to "Complete". Note. If the customer chose the Bank Transfer option to complete the order (no payment was made), only the first email is sent and the order remains in "Pending" status. After processing the order with the customer, the merchant should change its status to "Paid" or "Complete" manually in the website builder. There, the merchant can also click button to send the second email to the customer.
